Admissions Process 

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at our school!  This page will take you step-by-step through the admissions process. If you have any questions, please send us an email at office@stpatrickcatholic.org or call 727-581-4865.

Step 1: Schedule a Tour

After you have completed the Application Interest Form, please schedule a tour with us.

Step 2: Complete Application

After your tour, please complete and return your application.

Step 3: Apply for Scholarships

Access the many financial aid options for your student.

Age Requirements for School Year

Kindergarten: 5 years old by September 1
Pre-K 4: 4 years old by September 1

Documents Needed

• All students: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Current Health and Physical Exam prior to August 1st before student can attend first day of school
• Grade 1-8 students: All of the above, copy of current report card, copy of standardized test scores prior to August 1st
• Catholic students: All of the above, baptismal certificate, 1st communion, completed parish subsidy form prior to August 1st
